Life Coaching & Redevelopment Program

The Life Coaching & Redevelopment Program, led by Lizelle Van Tonder, plays a vital role in helping Cornerstone residents rebuild their lives with purpose and dignity. This program goes beyond immediate recovery, equipping men with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to step back into society as whole, restored individuals.

On Tuesday to Thursday evenings, residents participate in self-healing workshops designed to nurture personal growth at their own pace. These sessions provide a safe, supportive environment for reflection, breaking destructive patterns, and discovering healthier ways of thinking and living. Lizelle walks alongside each resident with practical wisdom and compassionate guidance, ensuring that no one feels left behind on their journey of transformation.

In addition to self-healing, the program is developing a reintroduction framework to prepare residents for life beyond Cornerstone. This includes hands-on support in essential areas such as writing a CV, preparing for a job search, managing personal responsibilities, and connecting with local churches or community groups. By combining personal healing with practical equipping, the Life Coaching & Redevelopment Program ensures that men are not just freed from addiction but are empowered to thrive in every area of life.
